I have been using Clickthru.com for about 5 years now and I have always been happy with the type of traffic that comes from the site.  It’s almost always targeted, you can set up the categories your site is shown, and if you set up offers or raffles, you can really clean house with the traffic.  Converting a 30 second user into a sale isn’t really that hard.  Put some time into the page you are advertising and let then see what they are searching for.

For example, I can set up an offer that allows users to get paid CT if they complete a task on my site.  Maybe it’s as simple as signing up for email updates.  I will pay .20 CT for each person that signs up.  Now I have their email address and they have my .20 CT plus updates and the possibility of becoming a return customer at my site.
