Text-Link-Ads.com has a huge inventory of websites that you can browse, read about and choose to purchase a link on.  For the most part, even though Google hates it, buying a link will at least get you a backlink to your site.  This is helpful when search engine spiders are trying to find related websites while browsing the web.

Facebook ads is similar to other ad programs and systems.  Basically, you create a short advertisement with a title, description and small picture.  You get to also choose your audience and I think that is the best feature of the whole deal!  You can choose age, sex, school, workplace, country and more.  I think that if you need targeted traffic, you might want to check out Facebook ads.
